WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

 

Your torch with hoses

Your kiln if it is easy to bring

Your glass, frits, foils, powders, etc.

Your tools

Protective clothing

Your protective glasses

Your mandrels and bead release

 

APPLICATION:  The Application does not obligate you to attend but will help us plan a great event.  Once you submit the application, we will email you the Registration Contract form.  Any information you provide on the Registration or on payments will not be kept on the internet or computer for security purposes and none of your information will be released or shared with anyone.  You will not be assigned a Ticket until a deposit is received.

 

In the box on why you want to come, please also provide information like if you are coming with friends [list their name if you are sharing a torch or want a torch station in the same building] and anything else you may need.  Many have indicated they are camping and there will be room to 'tent' with others if you want to camp out but don't have the equipment.  Remember there is no charge for camping!!

Admission Policy:  You must have a great love and passion for playing with fire and discovering how many ways a glass of rod can be transformed at the drop of a top hat.   This event is open to everyone in the world - art has no borders!!

TICKET A - $250  gives you a torch station for 3 days

TICKET B - $200  3 days without a torch station [you can share a station with anyone who has an A ticket and wants to share]


TORCH RENTAL:  $25 to rent a torch for the 3 days with A ticket [there are a limited number of rental torches available]


BEAD BAZAAR:  Included in both A & B ticket

LUNCH:  Included in both A & B ticket

OXYGEN/GAS:  Included in both A & B ticket
